Sensible and well thought out

Here is a link to an article on writing and publishing today, which makes sense and doesn’t leave me feeling like a complete failure because I can’t do the whole social media thing. I just want to write my stories. I do want people to read them, of course, but does that mean I have to continually shout about myself? Can’t I hand that over to an agent or traditional publisher?
